Chatbots have become increasingly prevalent in the banking sector, offering automated customer service support. Understanding how customers in Offa perceive these chatbots and their feedback mechanisms is crucial for improving customer experience and service quality. Through quantitative research methods, including surveys, this study aims to uncover the attitudes, preferences, and feedback of Zenith Bank customers in Offa towards chatbot interactions. By analyzing these perceptions, valuable insights can be gained to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of chatbot services in meeting customer needs and expectations within the banking industry.
